STRATEGIES FOR FORMING AND DEVELOPING A SUPPORTIVE CORPORATE CULTURE IN A UNIVERSITY AS A FACTOR IN ENHANCING ITS COMPETITIVENESS

This article is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the structure, components, and mechanisms for forming the corporate culture of modern universities amidst the digital transformation of education. The relevance of the work is driven by the growing role of organizational culture as a strategic resource for the development of higher education institutions, contributing to increased competitiveness in the educational services market and improving the efficiency of internal processes. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a multi-level model for analyzing the effectiveness of university corporate culture, identifying stages in the formation of its activity component (from precedent to tradition), and creating an integrated approach to assessing organizational culture considering the specifics of higher education. As a result of the study, key components of university corporate culture (informational-content and activity-based) were defined, a comprehensive toolkit for diagnosing corporate culture in universities was proposed, including quantitative and qualitative methods, models of university values transformation were analyzed, and the interrelation between the effectiveness of corporate culture and the achievement of the university’s strategic goals under modern conditions was substantiated.
