INVESTMENT POLICY AS A STRATEGIC VECTOR OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

The article examines the role of investment policy in the formation and implementation of enterprise development strategies. The author focuses on the need for a systematic and balanced approach to the allocation of investment resources. The conceptual framework is analyzed, and differences in interpretation of the economic essence of investments and investment attractiveness are discussed. Special attention is paid to the classification of factors affecting the investment attractiveness of an enterprise, including external and internal determinants. The problems of investment risk assessment and the shortage of analytical tools in Russian practice are considered.
