Internal electron energy

n the article the necessity of introducing a parameter “internal electron energy” to describe of no equilibrium states is justifi ed. Such conditions occur during the transition of electrons from one quantized orbit to another or by ionization of multy-electron atoms and molecules. The equations for calculating the amount of energy were found empirically.
