The article presents the morphohistological characteristics of the ovaries of a cat in cystic degeneration. It was found that with cystic degeneration in the ovarian cortex the lymphatic vessels are compressed, there is a violation of blood circulation and lymph drainage. Stagnation of blood leads to the development of diapedesis hemorrhages and the most serious changes in the brain substance of the ovaries.
