Evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of non-profit organizations

The article examines the methodological aspects of the performance management for non-profit organizations in terms of increasing their efficiency under a lack of resources, ambiguous interpretation of outcomes and uncertain relations with socio-economic system’s agents. Evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of such organizations are considered from the standpoint of systems and process approaches. There is a causal loop diagram for the performance management of non-profit organization in the article.
