Liability insurance of car owners (CTP) - is a must since the entry into force of the Federal Law of 25 April 2002. № 40-FZ "On mandatory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" (the Act). This type of insurance protects the property interests of the owners of the TC when applied by them to the life, health or property of third parties. 07.05.2003g. RF Government Decree № 263 approved rules insurance (hereinafter the Rules). This Act has been operating for more than ten years, but not once reviewed and reconsidered.
