To a question on the basis of the occurrence ratio of mandatory social insurance

The article substantiates the position of the author on the occurrence ratio for compulsory social insurance. The authors concluded that the connection relationship of mandatory social insurance from labor relations unconditional. As a concomitant of labor relations, it arises and stops at the same time with him. Compulsory social insurance gains in today's economically challenging step for a country of utmost importance, first of all, for the employment of the population.
