Conventional crimes in international criminal law

In connection with the development of relations between States, the signing and ratification of international conventions, it became necessary to determine the nature of the infringements regulated by these acts. The article analyses various doctrinal approaches to the notion of Treaty crimes, their specifics and distinctive features. Attention is paid to the distinction between Convention and international crimes.
