The Principle of Good Faith in Recent Practice of the High Court of Justice

This article covers the recent decisions of the High Court of Justice on cases involving good faith in contractual relationships. Two trends are observed and analyzed: on the one hand, to derogate from the traditionally negative attitude of English courts towards good faith, and, on the other hands, to restrictive approach towards good faith.
