Errors of principles of environmental policy of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to identification of problems in the formation of "environmental policy". Through the use of a critical approach that examines the creation and implementation of "Ecological policy" in the Russian Federation. The consideration of the question has a positive effect on the further development of algorithm of actions in the process of converting the erroneous phenomena in effective strategic environmental policy.
