Institutional investors – infrastructure projects funds raising and human factor

The authors consider the Russian multi-level pension system in terms of attracting funds to infrastructure projects, analyze Russian national practice and its specifics, the possibilities of changes at present and their consequences, the article discusses issues related to pension savings and the possibilities for their use as investments in infrastructure projects. The authors analyze the results of a study of the attitude of the population towards pension programs, as well as the circumstances of employees 'participation in these programs, the model of attracting pension funds' money to infrastructure projects.
