Deviant behavior of children of school age in the national region today
has become especially urgent in connection with what is rapidly blurring the
boundaries of the national-oriented education. Education increasingly unified, there are supranational "international" is not in the best sense of the
patterns and behaviors. To overcome these difficulties in the prevention of
deviant behavior is capable of purposeful collaboration of institutions of
mass education.
