Most humbly reports of governors in the context of the "Great Reforms

The impact of the "Great Reforms" in the development of the legal and regulatory framework of preparation of the annual reports of governors is analized.The relationship of the program changes the governor reports to the general course of the reform of socio-political and economic spheres of the country is shown.
