The article highlights the issues associated with the implementation of the value potential of foreign language and its realization in teaching crosscultural communication to younger children; experimental experience of the early educating to the foreign languages and its introduction are analysed in primary foreign education. It is underlined that the valued reference-points of maintenance of educational object the "Foreign language" are based on conceptions of spiritually-moral development and education of personality of citizen of Russia, theory of personality, activity, communication, which define the goals, objectives and methods of foreign language teaching. The purpose of this article - to reveal the possibility of a foreign language in the development of the person, upbringing of secular ethics, introduction to European culture, historical, national traditions and values of native literature, art, theater and musical creativity.
