the paper discusses the problems of ecology from the perspective of modern scientific paradigm – synergetics Prigozhin-onzager-VIAM. The concepts of the control parameter and Lyapunov's factors, theories of attractors and catastrophes, fractal geometry in relation to environmental protection are considered.
