The role of customs of business turnover in regulating civil legal relations

The article analyzes the main category of significance (role) of the custom of business turnover for the civil sphere: scientifically grounded aspects of significance (role); general legitimate aspects, which are reflected in the norms of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and in the relevant judicial practice; special legitimate aspects associated with a direct reference to the application of custom in certain cases according to the norms of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
