Interim injunctions in Russian arbitration significance: historical review

Interim injunctions are reasonably treated as a historical tradition of russian legislation system. The article depicts an evolution of interim injunctions institute reformation, starting from prerevolution period of russian history till present times. The author analyses changes of different interim measures that took place in legal acts. The article proves significance of this institute and of the possibility to grant injunction as it is an important guarantee of due right protection.
