Evolution of values in civil law

This article discusses the history of the emergence, consolidation and development of value concepts in civil law. The author carries out a retrospective analysis of civil law norms that contain evaluative concepts that occupy a special place in the mechanism of legal regulation. Tracing the evolution of valuation concepts in civil law, the author concludes about the continuity and at the same time expanding the scope of use of valuation concepts in civil law
