Mergers and acquisitions: implementation problems

In this article, the author analyzes the problems of legislation on mergers and acquisitions. The author of the article develops an analysis of the norms that are aimed at filling the gaps in the legal regulation of unfair takeover of companies; some problematic issues of the topic of the article are identified.
