Legal technique as a factor of stability on the example of legislation on administrative offences

The article deals with the most common aspects of the influence of legal technology on the stability of legislation. The author for the purposes of research has chosen the legislation on administrative offenses as characteristic objectifying problems. The examples of already optimized and existing norms demonstrate the errors of the legislator, which inevitably lead to instability of the normative legal act. Systematized legal and technical imperfections of legislative acts, the most significant impact on the stability of legislation
