Separate areas of improvement of the organizational and legal framework for information support of the activities of correctional institutions for the prevention of offenses

The article analyzes the main problems arising in the field of information support for preventive work in prisons. The shortcomings of the organizational and legal framework for information support of this activity are given. The problems of legal regulation are analyzed. The ways of improving the information support of preventive activities in relation to the penitentiary system are proposed.
