Principles of criminal law and differentiation of responsibility for crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity: problem statement

The article highlights and characterizes the problems of differentiation of criminal responsibility for crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, in the resolution of which the principles of criminal law play a significant role. Among them are the problems associated with the use by the legislator of the blank method of presentation of criminal law norms and administrative prejudice, as well as the problems of differentiation of criminal responsibility on qualifying and especially qualifying grounds.
