The concept of the «legal court» in a criminal process

In this article the author as a result of the analysis of legal norms, theoretical sources and judicial practice reveals the concept of «legal court» in criminal proceedings. The substantiation of this concept through its elements such as jurisdiction and composition of the court is given. The opinion also defines the right to a «legal court».
