Human constitutional right to health: retrospective analysis

The constitutions of many countries, including the CIS countries and EURASEC, enshrined everyone's right to protection of health, medical care and medical insurance. Today its content includes a wide system of capabilities recognized and guaranteed at the international and state levels. However, before acquiring modern expression and status, the constitutional right to protect health in its historical development went through several stages, each of which was characterized by certain features.
