Institutional factors hindering the development of high-tech industries in Russia

In the context of a comprehensive global digital transformation of the Russian economy and the search for non-resource-based growth factors, studies of the potential of high-tech industries are of particular importance. The article analyzes the sector of high-tech industries, reveals their main advantages and limitations. Among the factors restraining the development, institutional factors are highlighted.
