Disposal and management of property in treaties of trust management

This article discusses the features of the problems of legal regulation and law enforcement practice of the disposal and management of property in trust agreements. The study noted trends in the development of legal relations related to trust management, as well as examples of judicial practice showing problematic aspects that require new understanding not only in theory but also in legislative practice.
