To the issue of proportional Banking Regulation System in Russia

The article analyses the issue of the legal and economic nature of credit organizations based on a basic and universal license. Also, the essence of proportional regulation of the Russian banking system is investigated, in connection with which the following tasks are distinguished: to consider the formation of the Russian banking system at the present stage; explore the transition to proportional regulation of the banking system; to determine the prospects for the development of the banking system of Russia in connection with the transition to proportional regulation.
