Research on the legalization of the Chinese business environment

This article discusses the issue of legalizing the business environment in China. Measures to optimize the business environment are proposed. The normative legal regulation of the business environment is considered. The conclusions are made that: the essence of the business environment is the environment of the market economy, and the market economy is the economy of the rule of law. For its further development, it is necessary to actively apply the reform of "delegation, control and maintenance".
