Permitting as a public administration tool for public safety

based on the analysis of the materials for reforming control, supervisory, as well as permitting activities carried out as part of the administrative reform, the role and importance of permitting activities of the public administration is noted, the purpose of which is precisely to ensure public safety, since licensing such activities is a reliable barrier to the inappropriate use by subjects of the permitting system of means of increased danger subject to licensing.
