Correlation of the Russian political and legal systems

This article discusses the main parameters of the interaction of the legal system with other social system formations and, above all, with the political system. In the research context special attention is paid to the influence of the political factor on the nature and dynamics of legal borrowings, and the influence of the political situation on the law.
