the present paper contains a method of evaluation of military and economic efficiency of the system of resource provision of institutions of higher military education. This method is based on the evaluation of the system’s capacity to provide institutions of higher military education with resources taking into account the schedule of delivery, the quantity and the quality of resources and the budget limitations
