Disability as an opportunity to have special rights and benefits

The proposed article discusses the features of the legal status of a disabled person, reveals specific rights and benefits. The expediency of this study lies in the fact that the fact that a person is assigned the status of a disabled person is not a special characteristic that distinguishes him from other legal statuses of a person. It is proposed to consider disability from the point of view of the possibility of a disabled person to have specific rights and benefits.
