Disciplinary responsibility and the principle of fairness

The article deals with the issues of the correlation of the principle of justice and disciplinary legal responsibility. The concept of justice in labor law is investigated, as well as the importance of the principle of justice when applying disciplinary measures to an employee. The article also presents various approaches to the definition of justice in the field of legal responsibility.
