FEATURES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ORGANIZATION IN THE BANKING SECTOR

The author analyzed the legal regulation of corporate governance in credit institutions. The article highlights the features of corporate governance in banks, which may be important for the further improvement of corporate governance in all corporate organizations. The author gave an assessment of compliance with the principle of transparency in the disclosure of corporate information in the banking sector. The author noted the importance of business reputation and professional qualities of persons included in the management bodies of credit institutions. The author posed problems in the field of corporate governance in the banking sector and suggested ways to solve them
