COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE COLLISION AND COMPETITION OF CRIMINAL LAW NORMS

The issues of collision and competition of criminal law norms are of particular complexity not only for law enforcement practice, but also for the doctrine of criminal law. Despite the representativeness of scientific works on the subject under study, there is still no uniform approach to understanding not only the content of these concepts, but also to the question of their relationship. The application of the comparative legal method to the study of the collision and competition of criminal law norms allows us to answer the questions posed. The results of the study indicate the presence of distinctive features, which indicates the difference between the analyzed legal phenomena.
