AUDIT-RELATED SERVICES. PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF DUE DILIGENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

In the work, the author examines the services that accompany the audit. The article describes not only the content of the investment attractiveness of various projects, but also defines the most effective and innovative due diligence procedures, such as Due Diligence. The work reveals the specifics of this technology, as well as the advantages of its use in the development of investment projects. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the Due Diligence procedure in the context of the development of investment projects. In the course of the work, the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the implementation of the procedure are analyzed, as well as recommendations are proposed. Developed by the author.
