EVOLUTION OF NORMS IN DOMESTIC CRIMINAL LEGISLATION ON CRIMES AGAINST THE FAMILY AND MINORS COMMITTED THROUGH VIOLENCE

In the work, the author reviews the development of legal norms providing for criminal liability for crimes against the family and minors committed through violence in domestic criminal legislation from the beginning of the XI century to the present. The conclusion about the four main stages of their development is formulated. Attention is focused on the legal norms of the past years, which were the prototype of the current Articles 150, 151, 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
