MEASURES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S RESPONSE WHEN SUPERVISING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS ON COUNTERING EXTREMIST ACTIVITY

The author considers problematic issues of regulating the activities of the prosecutor's office in the field of countering and preventing extremist activities. In the course of the study, the content of individual regulatory legal acts was analyzed, during which certain shortcomings in regulatory regulation were identified. The author has studied in detail the measure of the prosecutor's response as a warning.
