INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AS A PRIORITY THE COMPONENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY

some issues of innovative development are investigated as an important priority of structural adaptation, necessary, firstly, for the perception of production and technological processes, secondly, for the elaboration and argumentation of its orientation, and, thirdly, for correlation with a specific object - the country's economy. The conclusion is formulated that in the current conditions, innovative development will require the restoration of the production process, which determines the importance of developing and implementing innovative domestic technologies.
