METHOD FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING: AUTOMATION OF CONTROL POINTS IN MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING DURING PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION

The article explores an approach to automating the accounting verification process through control points. A universal open mechanism for automated management systems and principles for constructing a system of control points are proposed, applicable not only to the discussed area of automated management accounting but also to any accounting domain in general. Additionally, the auxiliary role of the proposed mechanism in facilitating collaboration between project teams of the executor and the client at various stages of project implementation is examined.
