The paper analyzes the peculiarities of management regulation and decision-making in the socio-economic system of Russia in conditions of uncertainty, risk, taking into account the current foreign policy situation, the unpredictability of the behavior of the external environment, the needs of society and the state and the need to implement the functions of social protection and support of the population.
