The issues of effective ways of working with staff have always been and remain an important task of any organization. During a period of great changes, the attitude towards human resources is also changing, managers choose completely different approaches to working with staff. New trends, concepts, technologies are emerging, and methods of working with staff are being improved. The article is devoted to a new modern trend in personnel management, such as "quiet dismissal", which is becoming popular not only in the West, but also in Russia. The main causes of this phenomenon are analyzed. The ways of preventing the occurrence of "quiet dismissal" in order to minimize personnel risks are considered.
