JUSTIFICATION OF THE IMPORTANCE OF EQUIPMENT PURCHASING IN THE MINING INDUSTRY AS A STRATEGIC FUNCTION

The article provides a description of the importance and significance of choosing suppliers for any company, formulates recommendations on what you need to know about choosing a supplier and why you should choose them carefully. The importance of equipment procurement in the mining industry as a strategic function is substantiated. It is shown that in these processes the criteria for selecting suppliers are of key importance, and a division of such criteria into traditional and modern is proposed. A list and description of the various stages of supplier selection are presented, taking into account the selected criteria.
