IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS ON THE LABOR MARKET IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article considers the current trends in the development of the labor market in the IT sphere taking into account the implementation of the national project “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation”, in particular, taking into account the implementation of federal projects in three areas: personnel for the digital economy, digital technologies, and the development of human resources in the IT industry. The article considers the existing positive and negative trends associated with the emerging digital economy. The positive trends include a significant expansion of specialists related to the creation and testing of various software. Negative trends include the existing disproportion in the labor market due to the shortage of mid-professional technical specialists. This negative trend may hinder further expansion of digital transformation in the economy. Also, the article considers the filling of IT specialists by areas of economic activity.
