THE CONCEPT OF "INDIGENOUS SMALL-NUMBERED PEOPLES OF THE FAR EASTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT" AND THE FORMS OF THEIR SELF-DETERMINATION

The study provides an assessment of the formation of the concept of indigenous minorities. The author touches upon the issue of the essence of education, the issues of its self-expression. The importance of reassessing the social status of the affected subjects is emphasized, taking into account their special identity, as well as the factors that influence their behavior.
