THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON STUDENT EMPLOYMENT: OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS

The labor market for students is undergoing significant changes due to digital transformation, offering both new opportunities and potential risks. The spread of digital technologies encourages the development of flexible employment forms but also increases job instability. In this context, the education system should not only provide academic training but also develop digital competencies to help students adapt to the demands of the modern labor market. To mitigate the risks of digitalization, it is essential to improve educational programs and regulatory frameworks related to student employment.
