The purpose of this article is to determine the possibilities of increasing the level of resource conservation in the process of implementing industrial construction projects using the project financing methodology.
The methodological basis of this study is a dialectical understanding of various definitions in order to establish the possibilities of their integration within the framework of the functioning of the mesoeconomic system of industrial construction. To achieve this goal, this work used the methods of analysis and definition of concepts, systemic establishment of relationships, structuring of elements of organizational and economic systems and factors affecting these systems.
Results. The article substantiates the need to use the project financing methodology in resource conservation processes in the field of industrial construction. The author also clarified the concepts of "project financing" and "resource conservation", which allows us to consider these definitions in their dialectical relationship. The problem raised in this article is relevant and requires its theoretical and practical justification, and its solution will help improve the quality of project activities and the overall efficiency of industrial construction projects. The results obtained can be used in the process of further scientific development of the problems of "lean construction".
Conclusions. Project financing and resource conservation are closely related, since both approaches are focused on sustainable development and efficient use of resources in the field of industrial construction.
In this regard, the use of project financing in the field of project activities related to the construction of construction projects should be considered the most important condition for resource conservation.
The undoubted advantage of using the project financing method in the process of solving resource conservation problems is that when using this method, it becomes possible to determine the discounted cost of resources and, thus, predictively determine the efficiency of using various resources.
