FEATURES OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIONS UNDER THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES RELATED TO THE CONTENT SYSTEM OF LAW

The study of the legal nature of the organizer of the crime in conjunction with the norm of Russian criminal law, which contains provisions on this type of accomplice, made it possible to identify the characteristics of the organizer of the crime, on the basis of which, as well as taking into account a retrospective study of the concept of the organizer of the crime, proposals for doctrinal and legal definitions of the concept of «organizer of the crime» were formulated.
