THE CONCEPT OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONAL GOVERNANCE

The article analyzes community management concepts that ensure consideration of cultural differences, local characteristics, communication traditions, the integration of an educational component, and the development of a digital communication system for employees during the implementation of an organization's development strategy. The key aspects of building an interaction ecosystem for community members are identified. The main approaches to the formation and development of communities, as well as their impact on corporate culture and business outcomes, are examined.
