The research is devoted to the urgent problem of the Russian economy - the search for directions to ensure technological sovereignty. One of the promising directions is additive manufacturing, which has been actively developing in recent years, contributing to the introduction of innovative solutions in various sectors of the economy. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations on risk management in the sphere of industrial entrepreneurship, state corporations and improve standards and regulations for the use of additive technologies. Objectives of the study: to analyse the state of the market of additive technologies; to determine the role of innovative technologies in ensuring technological sovereignty of the Russian economy; to identify risks; to propose recommendations to eliminate the identified problems; to identify promising areas for the development of additive manufacturing. Result of the research: development of recommendations on the use of additive technologies as one of the tools of import substitution policy.
